Nicki B Fitness is a team of personal trainers based in Walthamstow, East London and Swanage, Dorset.

We offer a mobile personal training service so will come to you to train in your garden, local park or outdoor location that suits you.
​
We specialise in prenatal and post natal fitness and rehabilitation, functional fitness, strength training, postural imbalances, weight loss, running training, kettle bells, boxing and TRX.
​
Nicki is also a level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist using various techniques such as soft tissue release, muscle energy technique and trigger point therapy. Nicki specialises in pregnancy and postnatal massage and treats clients at Fix in East Village in Stratford, Cadbury Physiotherapy in Parkstone and from her home studio in Swanage, Dorset.

Nicki B Fitness trainers offer a full range of personal training services and create bespoke training plans for each client based on fitness level, ability and goals. Whether you are training for a half marathon, returning to exercise after a baby or an injury or wanting to look and feel good for your wedding day. All sessions are designed with you in mind and help you work towards your goals.

The team is constantly updating their skills and knowledge so they are up to date with the latest fitness standards so that we can keep sessions varied, relevant and interesting for you.
